Product Introduction
The shape of metallic compensator can be circular, rectangular and bellow-form.
The square bellow expansion joint is composed of a rectangular corrugated pipe and two rectangular end nozzles. The end pipe can be directly welded to the pipeline, or welded with a flange before connecting to the pipeline. The pull rod on the compensator is mainly a rigid support during transportation, not a load-bearing component.
There are 98 specifications(300×400~2800×3000) of rectangular metal expansion joints by their different DN.
Application Scope
Rectangular corrugated compensator is a new material, which is used for marine fan, pipe fan, boiler fan, air conditioning fan, smoke exhaust fan and roof fan.

2. It can be made into acid resistant, alkali resistant, corrosion resistant, oil resistant, heat resistant and other varieties according to different materials, and can adapt to various media and environments.
3. The material is polar rubber, with good sealing performance, light weight, convenient installation and maintenance, and long service life. However, contact with sharp metal instruments should be avoided to avoid piercing the sphere.
4. If it is used overhead, it can be equipped with elastic support, and the bolts shall be tightened by diagonal method during installation.
5. If the pipeline pressure is too high, use limit bolts to connect the flanges at both ends.
